You really shouldn’t worry too much about my pricing, it’s genuinely affordable. And remember, marketing isn’t an expense. It’s an investment.

Any website that I build I can host the first year for free. After that, if you are not using my services, you’ll have to transfer the website and the domain to your own hosting provider.

Yes, you’ll pay for my services and then pay Google for the ads. I’ll build the ads in your Google Ads account with a preset budget (Google is very good at keeping your spending within the budget limit), but you can turn campaigns on/off at any time depending on how busy your schedule is.

Usually, you get a very good return on ad spend (ROAS), ranging from 200–300% in highly competitive markets (insurance, legal services) to 500%+ in specialized niche areas.

You can pay for your own hosting service, and I’ll help you transfer the website. Many companies even offer free migration, which makes everything easier. If they also offer a free domain name transfer, that would be great. Just do thorough research beforehand to make sure you don’t choose a poor shared hosting service (where multiple users share the same machine) and end up with a very slow website. A VPS hosting solution would be ideal, with a fixed IP to prevent being flagged as spam. You’ll also need an email marketing service like Mailchimp, Brevo, Mailgun, or even Amazon SES like I use, but Amazon is a bit more technical.

It’s just a precaution for me. With admin access, you could copy the whole website, request a refund, and then import your website elsewhere. It’s not a tool that you can test and if you don’t like it, you get your money back. I’m putting several hours of work into developing your project. If you really don’t like it and want your money back, ok, but you’re not going to keep the website for free.

Yes! If you want, I can even create a user account for you to access the host and view the background operations of your website. By default, I’ll give you Editor permissions on WordPress. This role hides unnecessary tabs, creating a cleaner environment and a lower risk of you messing something up. If you prefer, I can grant you Administrator access after the dispute period.

Please note: once you have Administrator access, you also assume full responsibility for the website. This means that if the site experiences downtime or errors caused by any actions taken by you or others, I cannot be held legally liable.

I also follow CSS BEM conventions for class naming and organization. This approach makes the site easier to maintain and scale. It’s the bare minimum every web developer should follow, yet most don’t, either because it’s time-consuming or clients won’t notice the difference until someone else is brought in to upgrade the site and realizes it needs to be rebuilt from scratch!
